Our Story
For our family, the “Covid chapter” shook up our lives in a real way. At the time, it was unsettling to say the least, but the silver lining was that we took a clear assessment of our lives—the balance of work & play, and the level of stress our jobs created vs. the joy we experienced daily. We recognized that the demands of our professional lives had become imbalanced in a way that no longer served us or our children.
Our theme song became Chris Stapleton’s “Starting Over”. We wanted to simplify everything. EVERYTHING. As a result, we closed our construction business, traveled, and started over. (Full story coming soon)
Since returning home to Kauai, we’ve reopened our doors for business, with Happy Nest LLC. Less is more.
